Smart Openers Wins Coveted Design Award  |  03/08/11

As a finalist in the Australian International Design Awards, Smart Openers secured a Gold Design Award for the Smart Lifter Nano Sectional Door Opener and a Silver Good Design Award for the Smart Roller Nano Roll Up Door Opener. Earlier this year Smart Openers submitted its Nano Series garage door openers for consideration. Over 230 products were submitted with 127 making the final cut in eight categories. Fortunately both of the openers - the Smart Roller Nano and Smart Lifter Nano qualified as finalists. During the gala awards presentation dinner forty-seven design awards were bestowed on a variety of welldeserving products including just four in the Housing and Building category. The Smart Lifter Nano was one of those four.
